Home Inspection 2
After the exterior of the home had water applied in excess of what we believed to cause leaks, a single window had its protective plastic covering removed and water simply applied to the glass surface. The water application was a spray less than the concentrated earlier water flow, meaning a more gentle water application.

As seen from inside the house looking out to watch the water application to the window glass and look for interior leaks. A leak was found at less than 10 minutes of water application shown below as first a water tract on the interior sheeting.

A tough picture to show what is going on. The vertical line is clear water coming in under the interior window trim and running down the white painted interior wall of the house. It then shows up again coming through the upper window trim of the window below it as seen below.

The leak and water pattern shown here is one of three types of leaks that will be described in pictures. This leak is from one of the elevated windows without a second level floor, the more open part of the house where from the ground floor to the highest ceiling is without a second level. This leak is different than what appears in the lower windows that take in water at the top of the window frame from the water that runs down the exterior of the house into the gap created by the sunk window panel of the component panel window design.
