Window Leaks and Damage
Window Leak #2
The next leak that we can record in photographs shows as rain water penetration that enters through the window panel top between that panel and the window frame that mounts in the house wall opening. This is the water that enters the house through the large gap created by the panel window sinking within the house wall window frame.
This leak passes through where the gap created by window panel sinking within the window frame.

Remember not all water entry can be photographed. We so far have introduced photographic evidence that windows pass water to the house exterior sheeting. This picture above shows that water enters the home interior passing through the window panel frame and the window house frame. The third leak type will be shown on the next web page.
This leak on this web page, is the leak that shows up on the bottom panel windows at the top sill that we believe is cumulative rain fall running down the side of the house with the wind bellow effect enhancing the water passage through the enlarged gap created by the sunk down window panel.
Another example of this one type of window leak.

The next page will show pictures of the third type of leak we were able to capture pictures of and these are of water entering the home and creating water tracks down the interior wall sheet rock.
